Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Scope and Subject Matter

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for cleaning and service provisions (specifically glass, facade, and photovoltaic cleaning using reverse osmosis technology) concluded between the customer and [Eco Osmosis Tech / Your Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") in Gran Canaria. Any differing terms of the customer shall not be recognized unless the Provider explicitly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

All offers made by the Provider on the website, in flyers, or via email are subject to change and non-binding unless explicitly marked as binding. A contract is only concluded upon written order confirmation by the Provider (e.g., via email) or upon the commencement of the service execution.

3. Customer Obligations

The customer is obliged to provide all prerequisites necessary for the performance of the service at their own expense. This includes in particular:

  • Providing water and electricity connections at the work site, if agreed.
  • Keeping work areas clear (e.g., unobstructed access to windows, balconies, photovoltaic systems, or facades).
  • Timely notification regarding potential hazards, sensitive materials, or special regulations at the property.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices stated at the time of the offer shall apply. The applicable local tax regulations in the Canary Islands (**IGIC**) apply where legally required. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due for payment immediately upon receipt without deductions.

5. Execution and Adverse Weather Policy

The Provider performs services professionally using modern methods (such as pure water osmosis technology). If weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong wind, Calima dust storms) make safe or proper execution impossible, the Provider is entitled to reschedule the appointment on short notice. Claims for damages due to weather-related postponements are excluded.

6. Acceptance and Complaints

The service shall be deemed accepted upon completion of the work unless the customer immediately reports defects in writing (at the latest within 24 hours). Obvious defects must be reported directly on-site. The Provider's right to remedy defects is reserved.

7. Liability

The Provider is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health based on negligent or intentional breach of duty. For other damages, the Provider is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for pre-existing damage to the property (e.g., prior damage to glass, frames, or old installations).

8. Appointment Cancellation

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by the customer at least 24 hours before the agreed execution time. In case of late cancellations or if the Provider arrives at the work site and cannot gain access, a compensation fee of up to 50% of the agreed order value will be charged.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between the parties shall be governed by Spanish law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the registered office of the Provider in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
